Our dreams and aspirations
We have many dreams and aspirations - we share some that we have accomplished and some that we are pursuing - we are also sharing our role metaphors that define us as an organization - The Torch Bearer, The Thought Leader, The Catalyst and The Pathfinder. Read on to discover how we have pushed beyond conventional boundaries of our thinking and work scope and do what we are truly passionate about.
"Once you open your wings to fly, you must fly straight like the swan. Do not flit from tree to tree like the sparrow, or many things will distract you on the way, and the journey is long." -Meher Baba
We have many dreams and aspirations - to help us remain grounded and focused we created 4 anchors for ourselves and also to inspire our work.
All our anchors are 'People Anchors' and
we briefly share these with you as these
remain timeless and grow stronger for us
as we go through our organizational and
people journey - we hope this will help
you understand us better.
The Torch Bearers -
People with imagination who make a difference
“It is singular how soon we lose the impression of what ceases to be constantly before us. A year impairs, a lustre obliterates. There is little distinct left without an effort of memory, then indeed the lights are rekindled for a moment-but who can be sure that the Imagination is not the torch-bearer?”
- George Gordon Noel Byron (1788-1824), British poet
We consider people around as the most important part of our work – we call them ‘Torch Bearers’ as we constantly learn from them – be it employees, clients, partners or others who have been part of our everyday journey – a lot of our work with people involves igniting the power of their imagination, their creative ability, independent thinking and helping them discover their inner strengths.
The Thought Leader
People who embrace creativity & innovation
What moves men of genius, or rather inspires their work, is not new ideas, but their obsession with the idea that what has already been said is still not enough…
- Eugene Delacroix, 15th May 1824, French Artist and Art Critic
The above quote has been our Credo since inception and pushes us constantly to use resources and ideas creatively and stretch their potential in new and meaningful ways. As an example, a lot of our work is inspired by ideas penned down by our clients. We have worked with our clients to use
creativity and innovation to the maximum potential as part of our work scope and achieved interesting results.
We play the role of being both a Business and People Catalyst. As advisors, we are called upon to participate in ideation exercises. As auditors, we play the role of eyes and ears for our clients. As coaches, we work and enable people to gain powerful insights.
What has truly insipired our work is the true spirit of Entrepreneurship however big or small the organziation is and despite several challenges we feel rewarded for being part of each organzation's journey and empowering several people.
We practice and learn from the same tools and methods that we use for our client projects. This is our way to committing to ourselves and our clients the best form of shared learning.
We believe that by sharing ideas and knowledge we can work quickly and with lesser risk than go it alone. We are known for our teamwork and for our humility to learn from people and situations.
We take inspiration from nature and from the experience of other people in our work and this has constantly reinforced our belief that knowledge is available for everyone and needs to be shared without any hesitation.
People who facilitate growth and change
The chess-board is the world, the pieces are the phenomena of the universe, the rules of the game are what we call the laws of Nature. The player on the other side is hidden from us.
-Thomas Henry Huxley. English Biologist.
As Catalysts, our tools and methods are inspired by nature and natural elements as they constitute everything that we perceive through our senses – earth, water, air, fire and space also called the panchabhootas. We draw inspiration from the sheer simplicity, magnitude and diversity of the elements – we call our tools and methods as ‘Knowledge Elements’ which brings out the ‘Catalyst’ in us.
