Engagement models

Advisory Model

In this model, we play the role of an Advisor to the Leadership Team or Business Unit and are involved only in Strategy sessions, Senior dialogues and reviews. Our focus is to provide external perspectives and expert views to remove an internal bias.

Mentored Model

In this model, we play the role of a mentor to the managers and handhold the team with critical inputs, research, mentoring and coaching as well as participation in peer and executive reviews. Occasionally, this role would also involve developing select project artefacts as part of mentoring process

Co-Managed Model

In this model, we co manage a project office to assist the client manage a launch, growth, change or transformation project. This is usually a time boxed engagement with a primarily a project management rol and impementation responsibility with the client. Such projects are long term and entail a clear risk-reward mechanism.
